    Well, I see you and I get you. Because I’ve been you.

My story isn’t unique. You can probably relate.

I was prescribed hormonal birth control as a teenager to “regulate my cycles”. Only to discover they actually made my hormones even more wild than before. 

My period became unpredictable and irregular. I experienced mid-cycle cramps, backaches and breast tenderness regularly. Fatigue and brain fog clouded my days, my moods swung uncontrollably and my flow became astonishingly heavy. Every month, I had to devise new excuses for why I couldn’t make it to work. 

The worst part was the paralyzing cramps - you know, the ones that leave you crumpled on the ground, uncertain if you need to vomit or make a bowel movement, where all you can do is breathe and hope the painkillers will kick in soon. (I have a feeling you know what I’m talking about).

Eventually, I learned that painful PMS & cramps were not normal and that my nutrition and lifestyle habits were contributing to my pains & symptoms.

That’s when everything fell in line.

I leaned into the wisdom of my astrological birth chart to guide my Air Body back to balance - learning to properly and fully nourish my body.

For me, it was all about addressing my underlying digestive issues and managing my nervous system (thanks to my Virgo Sun and Gemini Moon).

Now that I’m living in harmony with my menstrual cycle, accepting the energetic ebbs and flow of each phase, having my period doesn’t mean a week of write-offs or needing to reschedule all my plans. And when I feel out of sync, I’m able to hear what my body is asking for, so I can support her right away.

My life-changing transformation is why I’m SO deeply committed to guiding other women to heal their menstrual cycles and regain control of their health too. Because, while PMS is very common, it’s not normal. Experiencing symptom-free cycles and feeling truly well-nourished - now that is what’s truly normal. 

I take a different approach than most nutritionists:

I understand there’s a BIG difference between optimal health on paper vs. in real life. That’s why I’ll design your nutrition protocol based on your lifestyle and how you want to integrate it into your routines. I care about your eating habits for the long term, not just for the time we’re working together.

I believe there’s a special synergy when we digest our foods that supplements cannot replicate. That’s why I always focus on your foundations, such as eating, lifestyle and mindset habits before introducing additional support.

I operate from a place of abundance and optimism (my Jupiter will tell you why!), so don’t expect long-standing lists of “no” foods, restrictive diets or strict rules when working with me. Instead, we’re going to let your body take the lead in creating your framework.

I’ve suffered from painful periods most of my life. Nausea, fainting, cramps, etc. I have endometriosis and it seemed like drowning my body in ibuprofen and heat packs were the only way to manage.
